Shipment and Returns
All our products are handmade after your order is processed. Products will be shipped within 7-10 business days unless stated differently on the product description. We’ll do our best to ship them as soon as possible! Currently we are offering FREE Shipping to the USA for most of our products. Customers from other countries will see calculated shipping rates during checkout. PLA Concept is not responsible for the additional costs such as duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees.
PLA Concept shall ONLY allow returns for ‘incorrect item shipped’ or ‘damaged items’. PLA Concept will issue a replacement for any item return, provided you inform us within 24 hours after receiving the incorrect item. Return must be made within 7 days of delivery date. Customers are responsible for all the return shipment costs.
Custom order items are non-refundable, non-cancelable and non-returnable.
Product Care
Please be careful with any liquids or chemicals around the chess set. Don’t leave the products outdoors, exposed to direct sunlight or very hot places. Resin parts (especially white resin) may change color in time. Our chess boards are made of real hardwood veneers and marble stone tiles so take care of them as you would take care of a furniture of same material. Especially marble chess boards are very heavy so be careful while carrying them around. PLA Concept is not responsible for any damage caused by accidents with our products.
Damage Claims
Should the product arrive damaged, it is the responsibility of the consignee or their agent to report damage to the carrier immediately upon receipt and inspection. All damages to products should be carefully documented and all packaging and paperwork must be retained for carrier inspections.
